Introducing Your Psychotherapist...
With over 30 years of experience, Charlane has supported a wide range of individuals, including those who struggle with depression, anxiety, difficult life circumstances, mental illnesses and other challenges. She has a firm belief that there is always hope for a better day and that we can understand the impact of the past but the decisions we make today are most important to bring change into one’s life. Her holistic approach looks at the full bio-psycho-social picture and she partners with her clients to support them. When she is not working, you’ll find Charlane visiting the local hospital with her Belgian Shepherd, Duke, to bring joy to patients and staff alike. She also enjoys gardening, quilting, sewing, cooking, using her chainsaw to cut up fire wood, collector cars, riding her motorcycle, and sitting in the sun appreciating whatever and whoever is around.
