Dana Long 

Registered Massage Therapist 

Dana holds an Honours Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology from Brock University and an Advanced Diploma in Massage Therapy (with Honours) from Humber College. While at Humber, she gained valuable clinical experience through a variety of internships. Dana is a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO) and an active member of the Registered Massage Therapists’ Association of Ontario (RMTAO).

Dana takes a personalized approach to every treatment—listening first, then using her knowledge, empathy, and clinical experience to support each client’s unique goals. Her practice emphasizes self-care, recovery, and creating an inclusive, welcoming space where every client feels heard and supported.

Born and raised in Orillia, Dana has been passionate about fitness and wellness from a young age, competing in volleyball and lacrosse. Her love for an active lifestyle extends to water skiing, hiking, paddleboarding, snowboarding, cross-country skiing, and running. After completing her education out of town, Dana is thrilled to be returning to her hometown to give back to the community she knows and loves. She is happiest spending quality time with family and sharing laughter with friends.
