Dr. Tanner Sleep

Chiropractor

Dr. Tanner Sleep, DC was born and raised in Washago, Ontario, where an active lifestyle and competitive sports shaped his path towards chiropractic care. A former hockey and soccer player, Tanner pursued his passion for health and movement at the University of Windsor, earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Kinetics (BHK). As an elite member of the nationally ranked Lancers Track and Field team, he competed in the 300m, 600m, and relay events, achieving Academic All-Canadian status all four years and setting a school record in the 4x400m relay.

Driven by a desire to help others maintain an active and pain-free lifestyle, Tanner earned his Master of Chiropractic degree from Macquarie University in Sydney, Australia, before returning home to begin his career.

Tanner is trained in a range of therapeutic techniques, including spinal manipulation, soft tissue therapy, cupping, taping, and exercise rehabilitation. He takes a patient-focused approach, creating individualized treatment plans that combine evidence-based care with the same dedication he applies to his fandom of the Maple Leafs.

When he’s not in the clinic, Tanner can be found exploring disc golf courses, hitting the links for a round of golf, or enjoying a ski day or skate on his backyard rink.
